On Friday 24 October 2025, from 9:15 A.M. to 10:35 A.M., HVAC technicians Randall and Louis from Universal HVAC Express, performed outstanding service on my Burnham Gas Boiler that my parents purchased in 2003. Randall and Louis correctly diagnosed the problem that prevented the unit from working; got the Transformer; then installed the new part. The Boiler came on and I have heat! I highly recommended these HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS and I hope that SEARS will send them again when I need Warranty Service.

Randall performed diagnostics and determined the issue was the main board on the furnace system. He ordered the part and came back to install it a few days later. We highly recommend Universal HVAC Express. Great job Randall!
